We develop a brief with you covering spatial requirements, how each area will be used and how it relates to the rest of the site. Initial sketches follow, and your feedback turns them into design drawings.

Full DA documentation prepared and lodged, with initial construction estimates so you know the number before you commit. Every avenue is explored to give the application the best chance of approval.

Construction Documentation
Construction certificate drawings, then the detail: services and electrical layouts, structures, drainage, paving and tiling setouts, finishes and inclusions schedules.

Tenders & Contract Administration
Builders' prices obtained while approvals are in progress, updated into a fixed-price tender, then contract administration through construction.
