We will develop the concept into Approvals Documentation including sections, elevations and site calculations ready for assessment. Additionally, we will work along side any other external consultants required for approvals such as Arborists, Bushfire & Town Planners

Guiding your application through Council or Certifier assessments. We will liaise with them directly on your behalf should they have any questions or require further information to support the application.

Construction Documentation
Construction certificate drawings, then the detail: services and electrical layouts, structures, drainage, paving and tiling setouts, finishes and inclusions schedules.

RFI & CC Documentation
Generally, Council may require further documentation, reports or details to support the application. We will respond to Council with detailed documentation and reports to gain final approvals.
