Site Inspections & Quality Control
We inspect work in progress, checking design quality, material selections and performance against what the contract documents actually specify — not what looked close enough on the day.

Builder Support & Clarifications
We review shop drawings and other builder submissions, issue instructions clarifying the contract documents, and provide supplementary sketch details where something needs resolving on site.

Site Meetings
We arrange and attend site meetings through the build, so decisions get made with the design intent in the room rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Defects & Practical Completion
We assess the state of the works and prepare a defects list ahead of practical completion, issue instructions for the work required to reach it, then inspect the rectification and obtain notice of Practical Completion.
